“Prime Armi” (novice) Vinegar

It might be said that wine is just a step on the route that starts from the pressed and vinified grapes to reach the final landing point: vinegar. The journey usually takes a long time, but sometimes the route is shortened by the oversights of young novices (“alle prime armi” in Italian), whose wine gets out of control and skips the stages that lead to the achievement of an (unintentional) goal. In this case inexperience was rewarded by a final result that displays great versatility and uncommon balance.
